All rooms are completely refurbished and equipped with several facilities: shower box, toilet, hairdryer, balcony with view on the sea, telephone, air conditioning, electric blends, TV with satellite reception, safe.
Quotes offered by phone or email are valid for a limited number of rooms and may change even at short notice and without notice if our availability for this period changes.
In fact, our rates vary as reservations arrive for the requested period.
There is a tourist tax in Alba Adriatica, to be paid locally, of € 1.00 per day per person for a maximum of 7 days, from 14 years of age.
In any case of early departure, the cost of the room will be charged for 3 days from the actual date of departure.
Meals not consumed are not deducted from the board price - travel baskets can be requested.
Rooms are available from 11.30 a.m. on the day of arrival.
Anyone wishing to arrive before this time is, however, welcome: as soon as the booked room becomes available, often even before 11.30 a.m., the keys will be handed over.
We ask our kind guests to vacate their rooms by 9.30 a.m. on the day of departure.
In the event of cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit can be recovered in another period and also in future years as long as it is for the same number of days. In case of cancellation less than 14 days before arrival the deposit is non-refundable.
Surcharge of 30% for single room. A deposit is required as confirmation of booking, which will be deducted from your final bill.
